Windows
    1. We recommend that you engrave a sample of the logo and make a backup of the logo when you receive it.
    2. Goto Start in the bottom left corner of Windows 95 or 98.
    3. Use Windows Explorer and Drag-N-Drop the logo from the diskette to the hard drive directory C:\XFILES\XLG
    4. To engrave start at step 4 below

    1. We recommend that you engrave a sample of the logo and make a backup of the logo when you receive it.
    2. To copy a logo on to drive C, place the logo disk in drive A. From the C prompt (C>), type in  Copy A:Logoname.xlg C:\xfiles\xlg and press enter.
    3. One of your normal fonts has to be installed before a logo can be selected into your system.
    4. Select the letter height you want to engrave the logo.
    5. Select the "L" option for the logo box.
    6. The directory line should read "C:\xfiles\xlg\*.xlg" If it does, press enter. If the line is different, move the arrow cursor, type it in correctly, and press enter. The computer will read all the files in the XLG directory and display all logos in the logo window. The logos are displayed 9 at a time. To view all the logos available, move the arrows on the right of the logo window with the cursor. (see sections 3-8 & 3-9 in your manual)
    7. From the logo window, use the arrow cursor to select and okay the logo you want to engrave.
    8. Use your cursor to draw a box in the approximate location you want your logo. Your logo will appear. Use the controls on the left side of your screen to adjust height and baseline.
