- Lamro Logos diskettes
and chips are unconditionally warranted to work satisfactorily or we
will replace them. We will replace any Lamro disk free of charge that
fails to operate for any reason. We will replace any Lamro Logo chip
free of charge that becomes inoperable for any reason other than improper
use for 30 days. To replace a misused chip, the charge is $10 each.
- Lamro Logos makes
no express or implied warranties that any of the designs or logos it
sells are free of rightful claims of any third persons by way of infringement
or the like. A customer by submitting artwork is acknowledging that
he/she has the right to use the logo developed from the artwork. Many
of the logos reproduced from the computer files that Lamro sells are
registered trademarks and may not be used without permission of and
only pursuant to the request of the registering company. Lamro Logos
may require proof of this permission to reproduce or sell a registered
trademark.
- Lamro Logos has
ownership and the exclusive right to sell or use all logos or fonts
manufactured by it. Custom logos may be added to our stock catalog after
one year.
- To obtain logo
non-publication rights, customers must pay a fee equal to 25% of the
original price of the logo (minimum: $25.00). Under this agreement,
Lamro Logos will not publish the file or its contents, and will continue
to protect the customer’s rights to replace the logo at any future
time, as outlined in this warranty. YOU we need to know the FILE NAME
& NUMBER for service and/or replacement.
- Lamro Logos shall
have no responsibility to purchaser or any other person or entity with
respect to any liability, loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused
directly or indirectly by the use or installation of this product, including
but not limited to personal injuries, any interruption of business and
anticipatory profits, or consequential damages resulting from the use
or operation of this product.
- The warranty outlined
on this page supersedes all other expressed warranties issued by Lamro
Logos.
